    FAQ

If I get the shared room, what can I expect?

You can expect a spacious, comfortable, and highly intentional environment. You will be thoughtfully paired with one other leader from the cohort in a luxury jungle villa.

While you will share the overarching villa space (including the private plunge pool, full kitchen, and sweeping rooftop terrace), you will have your own dedicated bed and ample personal space to decompress. It’s perfect for the executive who values community and shared peer experience without sacrificing comfort.

You can see more photos and get more information about all the rooms here.

Also please note: the purchase price of the shared room is per person (not per room).

    What's not included?

What is not included is your roundtrip airfare to Mexico, personal travel insurance, and transportation from the airport to our designated pickup hub in Tulum.

Any personal incidentals, extra spa services, or off-site purchases outside of our curated itinerary are also your responsibility.

Can you accommodate specific dietary needs or allergies?

Absolutely. Our world-class, farm-to-table culinary experience is adjustable to your needs. Once your spot is secured, we will gather your specific dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences.

From there, our private chefs will ensure that every meal—from our unhurried brunches to our bespoke dinners—is safely and meticulously prepared for you. We handle all the details so you never have to think twice about it.

    Is this business or pleasure?

It is a deliberate, uncompromising intersection of both. This is an executive retreat designed to give you tested frameworks, strategic clarity, and an authoritative leadership credential (business). However, we believe profound rest is a prerequisite for visionary leadership.

You will experience world-class hospitality, zero-friction luxury, and total seclusion (pleasure). We have designed the itinerary to ensure you leave with both sharpened executive command and deeply restored energy.

What airport should I fly into and what time should I arrive?

The most convenient option is the new Tulum International Airport (TQO), though Cancun International Airport (CUN) is also a viable option. You should plan your flight to arrive by early afternoon on Thursday, August 6th, 2026.

This ensures you have plenty of time to transit to our meeting point, utilize our seamless shuttle service to the Kaaba Luum jungle oasis, and enjoy a soft landing before our Welcome Reception and Opening Dinner that evening.

Who is eligible for the Scholarship tier?

The scholarship tier is strictly reserved for formerly incarcerated, frontline leaders currently working at grassroots nonprofits with limited operating budgets.

Applications are evaluated based on your organization's annual operating budget, your current leadership trajectory, and your alignment with FIELD’s executive learning goals.

Will I have time to just do nothing?

Absolutely. While we provide high-level executive sessions and curated off-site excursions, we have purposefully built "margin" into the itinerary.

From quiet mornings to open afternoons and unstructured evenings by the fire, you will have plenty of time to enjoy your private plunge pool, read, sleep in, and simply exist without the pressure of an overpacked schedule.
